Terms of Service

When commissioning me, you automatically agree with my rules. If you fail to follow them, I have the right to deny or cancel your commission.

☆ GENERAL RULES ☆

  • Payment by Paypal only.

  • I won't be drawing any NSFW.

  • Unless stated otherwise, I'll submit commissioned works to social networks (Twitter and Instagram, maybe FA).

  • Clients are allowed to use commissioned artworks in non-commercial projects, as long as proper credits are given.

  • The use of commissioned artworks for commercial purposes isn't allowed without permission. Feel free to discuss it with me.

  • Editing any of my works isn't allowed, aside from adopted designs.

  • No matter the circumstances, I retain all rights on my artworks. All rights reserved.

  • Don't use my art for NFT's or AI related stuff.

  • I'll only give refunds if I'm not able to finish your request.

☆ COMMISSIONS ☆

  • I'll only draw feral characters. I can mostly draw canines and felines, but feel free to ask for any other specie.

  • Payment must be sent upfront.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission if I think I won't be able to finish it, if I feel uncomfortable with it for any reason or if it has terms that might be considered immoral or offensive in any way.

  • Please send a clear and digital reference of your character. I won't work on a commission based only on description (aside from custom designs of course).

  • I might contact you again to ask you questions about the commission if I'm not sure about anything in your character's design, the pose you're expecting, details,...

  • Complex designs may add to the original price, along with complex elements such as (but not limited to) wings, clothes, complex haircuts.

  • You'll be sent a WIP of the sketch of your commission, so that you can confirm that everything is okay or tell me if something needs to be changed. You can ask for more WIPs if you want to, though.

  • Please have patience. I'm often busy and my health isn't that great, but I'll always try to be done as soon as possible.

☆ ADOPTS ☆

  • Once bought, you can gift, trade, resell the character as you want.

  • Once bought, you can edit the character as you want.

  • You can only resell the character for more than you bought it for if you've got extra art for it.

  • After purchasing, I'll send you the full resolution unwatermarked file.

  • After purchasing, you may repost the art I made of the adopt as long as you give proper credits.

  • No holds.

  • Payment must be sent within 3 days, otherwise the adopt will be put back for sale.

☆ YCH ☆

  • Don't use it as a base.

  • Send a clear (!) and digital (!) reference of your OC.

  • Please, avoid overly complicated designs. Wings and complicated haircuts will add to the original price.
